Honestly they need to have a "default" at the top of settings app that will use the default settings unless you go in and change them per app. That way with all the apps I have i have to go one by one turning things off or completely through control panel.

Sorry if I wasn't clear but I just want to change the sound itself into something else, not turn off the sound or when the sound comes on.
